Making this video has been heart-wrenching and draining. I have cried every step of the way and I am so mentally exhausted. Each and every picture claimed a piece of my heart but the picture of the mortally wounded Father Mychal Judge and those men and women who jumped from the World Trade Center were the most overwhelming for me. I debated whether to include them in this video but it is part of what happened on that day in all of the horror and disbelief. As we go about our daily lives we may think that 10 seconds is so little time - but I know that the 10 seconds it took for those who chose to jump must have seemed like an eternity as they fell to their deaths. God Bless every man woman and child who died at the hands of terrorists this day those ten years ago. And God Bless us each and everyone as we face, once again, the memories of that day.
